SamiYusufOfficial (http://www.samiyusufofficial.com) sells merchandize through its online shop. These products are either Digital Products available for download or Physical products shipped to your doorstep. Our online shop also provides you the option to donate for the Pakistan Relief Fund.
All purchases made on our online shop are non-refundable. However, if you have any complain or issue regarding the product we will be glad to replace the product or provide you another downloadable link in case of digital products.

Digital Products
These products are available for download from your My Account section in the website or through the email which is sent to you with the order invoice. The download link is available for only 48 hours from the time of purchase.
If for any reason you would like to extend your download link or reactivate it please contact us at info@samiyusufofficial.com.

Physical Products
These products are shipped to your doorstep. The Shipping & Handling is taken care of by our shipping partners. We take around 48 hours to process your order after receipt of your payment.
If for any reason the product doesn’t reach you in a good state or has been tampered, we request you to contact us with your order details at info@samiyusufofficial.com. We do our best to resolve and send you a replacement.

Please note all your orders can be tracked through your My Account section. It would show you your Order status along with a copy of your invoice.
